Bittersweet Reunion

Three of the sweet potato friends had a brief reunion this past weekend. A perfect time to cook up some nice holiday treat, no? NO! I am getting over some illness that wrought such havoc on my stomach that I've been eating naught but oatmeal and kale for days. Truly a missed opportunity.
